Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How do I chose my size?
Jingle Glowz Boots are true to size for most customers. If you are between sizes or plan to wear thicker socks or tights, we recommend sizing up. Check the size chart for exact measurements.
Are they comfortable enough to wear all night?
Yes. The heel height is designed for balance with a cushioned insole and a stable base so you can get through dinner, photos, and the dance floor without swapping into flats. Pinky Promise.
How long does delivery take?
Each pair of Jingle Glowz boots is custom made to order. We do not mass produce in advance. Every pair of boots is crafted after your order. Crafting can take approximately 6 days, followed by 5-8 business days for delivery. So please allow for plenty of time from the date you order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your boots have been shipped. Demand is high during the festive season, so we recommend ordering early.
How do I care for them?
Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wearing. Store them somewhere cool and dry, and avoid harash cleaming products so that the gloss finish stays sharp.
